ZeroMailr stores account information needed to operate the member area, including username, email address, membership level, credits, ad submissions, payment confirmation records, and activity logs.

Contact form submissions and onsite activity may be stored for administration, fraud prevention, and support.

ZeroMailr does not operate as an external email mailer and does not send member ads to outside inboxes.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Square, Wise, or Cash App. Those providers maintain their own privacy policies.
